Gender Equality
For many years, SOS Children’s Village Georgia has been creating a safe and supportive environment for children, youth, and our staff.
Our mission is to continuously improve prevention and awareness-raising mechanisms to ensure effective reporting and response systems. To achieve this, we employ a comprehensive approach that includes trainings, consultations, supervision, internal and external audits, anonymous reporting systems, and other effective tools.
The organization operates in full compliance with international and national legislation, ensuring the protection of all individuals—especially children and young people.
Our Work is Guided by the Following Key Documents:
“Child and Youth Safeguarding Policy”
“Sexual Misconduct Regulation: Prevention and Protection Against Sexual Harassment, Exploitation and Abuse”
“Misconduct Incident Management Regulation”
Our organization categorically condemns all forms of violence, sexual harassment, and exploitation. Within our capacity, we always respond appropriately to any confirmed or suspected cases of violence, including attempts of violence.
If you have information about an incident of misconduct, please contact us at: safeguarding@sos-kd.ge.
We are committed to ensuring that every child and young person feels safe and has the opportunity for a secure and happy future.
